During our family vacation at Lotte Arai, the experience felt like a warm embrace, particularly in the well-organized family suite we enjoyed. The resort's ski-in, ski-out convenience was perfect for a smooth start to our days on the slopes, which included thrilling runs at Myoko Kogen and Akakura Onsen Ski Area. One of the highlights was the outdoor onsen, providing a soothing respite after skiing. Our children loved the onsite activities, from snow tubing to adventurous hiking trails. The staff consistently demonstrated excellent service, ensuring we felt welcomed. Although a bit pricey for a family getaway, the beautiful facilities, plentiful dining options, and special discounts for lift tickets made it worthwhile. Lotte Arai is a genuinely inclusive space for families seeking both adventure and relaxation amidst stunning winter landscapes.
